Michael (and the rest of the guys) were a pleasure to deal with. They genuinely cared about doing an excellent job of the spouting around my roof and also fixing the roof from mistakes made by a previous roofer (whose workmanship was well below acceptable). They kept me informed about what they were doing and answered my questions in a way that was easily understood by someone who doesn't know anything about roofing.

Michael came out to inspect some capping on a parapet wall, but in the course of discussing our problems (we more than one), he took the time, to not only climb into our attic to investigate potential leaking points, he spent nearly an hour trying to solve our issues. Water entry can be tricky to solve and I was so impressed with not only how friendly and helpful Michael and his co-worker were, when I tried to offer payment for their time- he actually refused it. You definitely do not come across this sort of help everyday and so when you do, it is the most gratifying experience. Thank you Michael and "Frenchie" your help was much appreciated :)
