How long does a re-roofing job take?
Since replacing your roof is not a project that homeowners experience on a regular basis, it can be hard to know what to expect.
Will you need to be home or do you even need to move out during the project? How long will re-roofing take? Will your daily schedule be impacted during the project?
The average time frame is approximately 3-5 days for a complete tear off and re-roof. For an overlay and new construction, it is about 1-3 days.
Again, it's important to note this is all dependant on the size of your roof, the pitch of your roof and whether there is any complexity to your job such as hard to get to places when re-roofing your house. We also need to cater for weather, as we all know what Auckland weather can be like!
